Rates
$135 per night for up to 2 people.
$125 per night for bookings longer than 7 nights (i.e. $875/week)
3 night minimum stay.
Rates are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
A reservation deposit of 50% of the total is required upon booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before arrival.
Credit cards, traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted,
Personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 45 days prior to your arrival date or within 45 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
