Two Duck Inn is a beautiful island- style studio within 5 minutes walk of Kailua Beach.

Situated in a tropical garden, with a private entrance and private lanai, the studio is part of a beautiful  home in a quiet neighborhood, and has use of a shared pool. Pool hours are from 9:30am-4:30pm daily, when the owners are seldom there.

The property is on Kainui Drive, also known as "Duck Road", which is home to about sixty pond ducks and a short walk away from local restaurants and a grocery store.

There is a queen bed, a bathroom with shower, plus shared outdoor shower.  Boogie boards, snorkels, beach chairs & mats, beach towels, and coolers are included.

A very cute and affordable studio complete with kitchenette and beach equipment.

$100 per night,  $2,000 per month, for up to 2 people.
3 night minimum stay.
Prices are subject to 13.962% transient tax.

Payment
50% of the total rental amount is due on booking.
Balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Traveler's checks, cashiers checks or money orders accepted.
Personal checks accepted more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 60 days prior to your arrival date or more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will be refunded, minus a cancellation fee amounting to 10% of the total booking ($50 minimum).
If you cancel your reservation 31-59 days prior to your arrival date, the reservation deposit will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date or within 30 days of your arrival date, payments will only be refunded for nights re-booked, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you cancel your reservation during your stay you will only be refunded for those nights re-rented, minus a $50 cancellation fee.
